Free counselling sessions are available to help individuals, couples and families, on their way to wellness.
The one-hour psychological counselling is provided by intern therapists, completing their Masters or PhD in various counselling areas. The single session allows clients to find out about and receive referrals to additional resources.
No appointment is necessary. It's on a first come, first served basis.
This program is funded by the City of Edmonton and United Way of the Capital Region.
